“Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.”

Let Your Light Shine

There are times when God will allow us to go through a painful season so He can birth something new on the inside. If you go through something you don’t understand, God allowed this to happen because He trusts you. He knows He can count on you to take the same comfort, the same healing, the same encouragement that helped you overcome this trouble and share it with others.



Can God trust you with pain? Or will you get caught up wondering, I don’t understand why this is happening to me? I say this respectfully: it’s not all about you. What if God has allowed this difficulty so three years down the road you can help somebody else move forward? Can He trust you? God is counting on you to let your light shine through the dark places. What you’ve been through will help somebody else get through it. Be on the lookout for others you can encourage.

Prayer “Father, thank You that You want to use me to help others who are struggling in the same areas where I have struggled. Thank You that I am uniquely qualified to comfort those who are going through what I’ve gone through. Help me to shine my light brightly. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”Today's Scripture

Light is defined as life as see. In John1:4.In Him was life and the life was the light of men. Who ever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.
John Piper writes that the light of Christ is the brightness of God shining on the retina of the human soul..Apart from Jesus we live in darkness. Those who believe in Him will have eternal life which is a gift from God. bought to a dying world. Isaiah said the people that walked in darkness had seen a great light.They that dwelled in the shadow of death upon them had the light shined..This Jesus is indeed the light of the world..If we a acknowledge Him to be our guiding light. then according to The Apostle paul we should lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on the whole ar.our of salvation or in other words the armour of light.a(Romans 13;12)Ight is always a symbol of holiness, goodwill, knowledge, grace, hope and God's revelation. BY contrast darkness has been associated with evil,sin snd dispair..Therefore we should let our light shine like a beacon to guide others to Christ..I once was blind but now I can see .The light of this world is Jesus.

Your nextdoor neighbors, your coworkers and anyone around you are looking at you. How you act, what you say and how you live. If Jesus is living in your heart, then it will shine before others. Everyone will give glory to God almighty when you shine the light of the Lord to others.
