Let this harrassment with noise stop forever in Jesus name, God must have a way!

I just came from work with intention to catch up sleep but my neighbour is listening music with loud basses Like hammer is beating my head.. I pray God Will have mercy on me and deliver me from night and day noise or from this kind of neighbours. The noise starts at 1 am and conrinues till 4.30.am. Sometimes its impossible to catch up a sleep. Noise in the afternoon, noise at night. God move them or move me speedily. I begg someone Will pray for my deliverance and for my land of Milk and honey in Jesus name!!
I checked it out IT is not music from my neighbour, I dont know what it is but its so annoying!! Like bad engine in a washing machine for half an hour. Please help!!
