We understand that you're facing challenges with a seller who has not been responsive to your requests. You've been waiting for delivery details and while communication has improved, there's still no clear resolution. We will pray for God's intervention and then advise you on proper Godly behavior that reflects Christ in every action taken.

Let's remember that at its core, this has to do with truthful business dealings. Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, seeking Your will and wisdom. We pray for the seller. Please soften their hearts to do their business in truth and transparency. Influence them to be trustworthy and credible. We pray that communication will improve, and that Kensem will receive a clear update on the delivery details soon. Help Kensem maintain a Christlike character even in dealing with this situation. In all things help them to be honest, treat others fairly, and be a testimony in this matter. Help them to do only things that reflect Jesus Christ. If something does not, then help them to humbly approach the other party and come to a godly solution. In Jesus name".

It's important to speak the truth in love, and to approach the other party with a humble mindset and attempt to resolve the situation kindly and without any malice. Look at Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane and the trial before his accusers, before Pilate, and while on the cross. He is a marvelous example of humility and speaking truth and acting in love. He refused to open His mouth when falsely accused. (Isaiah 53:7). He also said in, (Luke 6:27,28) "But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer also the other."

In business dealings, remember the example gives the Lord a positive witness. In this request, a product was ordered and the exchange was to take place. The buyer still has not received the product. So consider this (Matthew 5:37), "But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ Whatever is more than these is of the evil one." Please remember these principles and act accordingly. Again, follow up with the seller in gentleness, truth, and love. After that is done, then trust in the Lord for his help.
