Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s situation. We pray that You would intervene and bring about clear communication and resolution between ### and the seller. We ask that You would soften the seller's heart and prompt them to act with integrity and urgency. We also pray for ###, that You would grant them patience and peace during this time of waiting. Help them to rest in Your sovereignty and goodness, knowing that You are always working for the good of those who love You, according to Your purpose, as per Romans 8:28. May this situation be completed and resolved in Jesus' name we pray.

While we wait and pray, let's also remember the words of James 1:4, "Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." This trial, though small, can be an opportunity for growth and strengthening of character.
