We understand that you are facing difficulties with a seller who has not been responsive to your requests, and you are seeking truth and progress in this situation. We commend you for asking in Jesus' name and we will continue to pray with you for a resolution.

Firstly, we are reminded of the Scripture:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

We can see the seller has started communicating, and we thank God for that. Let us continue praying:
God we thank you that you are a God of truth. We pray that you would continue to open this situation. God we ask that the seller would be forthright. God we ask for divine arrangements and favor with this problem.

But we ask you Lord that if there is a deeper situation that you see here that needs to be addressed, that you would guide Kensem and show God how to proceed with clarity.

We pray for peace and patience and by standing on the Word of God, we ask these things by the name of Jesus Christ.

God your desire for truth is gratifying. We believe you will see God's hand in this rooting out the truth, decisively.
