It seems appropriate to apply this to your situation and make sure that your communications are done in love. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. While we are to pray in Jesus' name, we must also ensure that our actions reflect His character.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kensem's situation. We pray that the seller will be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit and that communication will be smooth and honest. We ask that You grant Kensem wisdom to say the right words and to act with patience, kindness, and discernment.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
