We understand that you're feeling insecure about other women in your fiancé's life, and it's natural to want his love and attention focused on you. However, it's important to approach this situation with a biblical perspective.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says about love in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
It's crucial to trust your fiancé and not let envy or jealousy control your feelings. Instead, focus on cultivating your relationship with him and building a strong, godly foundation for your marriage. If your fiancé is a believer, and you are a believer, then you each are members of the body of Christ. As such, you are already called to a relationship with every other member of the body of Christ. They are your fiancé's sisters. And your sisters.
However, it's also important to set boundaries. If there are women in his life who are causing tension or discomfort, it's reasonable to discuss this with him openly and honestly. But make sure to discuss this in a way that is honoring and trusting toward him and not jealous, controlling, or nagging. Remember, Colossians 3:13 tells us to "bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up ### and her fiancé. Lord, we pray for their relationship, that it would be centered on you and your will. We pray that ### would find peace and security in you, knowing that you have called her to holiness and love. We pray that her fiancé would be faithful, loving, and considerate. We pray that they would both be transparent and communicative about their feelings and expectations. Lord, guide them as they navigate their relationship, and help them to honor you in all they do. We also pray that ### would only ask in the name of Jesus for your blessings and help and not only in her own name or her own power. We pray for ### to know your love for her and to trust that you love her more than she could ever ask or imagine. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that God's will is for your good. Trust in him, and he will guide your relationship according to his perfect plan. And remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that God can be approached. If you try to get to God without going through Jesus it will not work. And the Bible says it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. So be sure to call on Him.
