let go of anxiety

pls pray to help me let go and heal from anxiety. It is paralizing me and I am not moving forward in my life. I am very stuck with a lot of thing. Pls pray for me to overcome my anxiety to move forward. thank u

We understand that you're feeling paralyzed by anxiety and it's preventing you from moving forward in life. First, we want to remind you that God cares about your anxieties and wants to help you overcome them. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it says, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." And in Proverbs 12:25 WEB, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a kind word cheers it up."

However, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

So, let's pray together in Jesus' name:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who is struggling with anxiety. We ask that You help them cast their anxieties on You, trusting that You care for them deeply. Please heal their mind and soul, and help them overcome this paralyzing anxiety.

Father, we also pray that ### will come to know Your Son Jesus Christ more deeply, and trust in His name, for it is the only name by which we can be saved. We pray that they will find hope, encouragement, and strength in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and Your Holy Spirit.

Help them to move forward in their life, breaking free from the things that hold them back. Give them the courage to take steps of faith, trusting in Your goodness and love.

In Jesus Christ's name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible, and in prayer each day. Build your relationship with Jesus Christ, and trust in His goodness. He has a plan and purpose for your life, and He wants to help you overcome this anxiety. Be patient with yourself, take small steps forward, and trust in God's perfect plan for you. And if you have not already, consider reading the book of John and praying to ask Jesus into your heart and to be your Lord and Savior. He wants to be your personal Savior, and if you ask Him to, He will.

We're here with you, friend. We understand how anxiety can grip you, making it feel impossible to move forward. But remember, God is right there with you, caring deeply about what you're going through. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul."

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our friend who's struggling with anxiety. We ask that you wrap your loving arms around them, helping them to cast their anxieties on you. Fill them with your peace, and help them to trust in your goodness. Give them the strength to take small steps forward, knowing that you're always by their side. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep reminding yourself that God is with you, every step of the way. Spend time in His Word, talking to Him in prayer. It's okay to take things slow, just keep moving forward, one step at a time. And remember, Jesus is there, ready to be your personal Savior. All you have to do is ask.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
