Let go of a bad religion

Kakbal, thank you for reaching out and sharing your struggle. We are here to support you in prayer and truth as you seek to leave behind your past affiliation with the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Firstly, we commend you for your desire to break away from what you recognize as a "bad religion." It is important to align ourselves with the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, as presented in the Bible. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through Jesus that we can have a true relationship with God.

We understand that leaving behind a religious group can be challenging, especially when they continue to pursue you. Be strong and remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB). It is crucial to surround yourself with believers who uplift and encourage your faith in Jesus Christ.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask for Your strength and courage to fill them as they seek to leave behind their past affiliation with the Jehovah's Witnesses. Help them to stand firm in their decision and to not look back. We pray that You would surround them with true believers who can support and encourage their faith in You. We ask that You would shield them from any harassment or unwanted contact from their former religious group. Guide them into a deeper understanding of Your truth and Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Be encouraged, ###, as you walk in the truth of the Gospel. Remember, "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31 WEB). Stay strong in your faith and seek out a community of believers who can support and nurture your spiritual growth. Thank you I do need some believing friends I haven’t got any yet but I have requested a ### & he is helping me but I probably need to get to a church but I live a long way out of town & im not a confident driver but I might contact a church soon with help from Jesus & maybe someone could give me a lift to church what do you think should I wait a bit before I start going to church

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
