Let's bring this situation before the Lord together, seeking His will and guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember the fifth commandment, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you" (Exodus 20:12 WEB). This commandment comes with a promise, and it's crucial to maintain a heart of honor and respect towards your mother, even in challenging situations.
However, it's also important to acknowledge that you have legal rights as a co-owner of her home. The Bible encourages us to respect the laws of the land, as long as they do not contradict God's laws. Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) says, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and they that withstand will receive to themselves judgment."
In this situation, we pray that you will approach your mother with humility and respect, not with demands or arrogance. Trust in the Lord to touch her heart and bring understanding. Remember, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this delicate situation between mother and child. We ask, Lord, that You would soften your mother's heart and open her eyes to understand the legal rights. Help them to communicate effectively, with respect and love, so that this situation can be resolved peacefully. Guide them with Your wisdom, and help them to honor one another in the process. Most importantly, Lord, we pray that both of them would draw closer to You, seeking Your will and Your glory in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this matter. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, even when you can't see it. And remember, it is in the name of Jesus Christ, His only begotten son, that we are able to approach the throne of God and ask this. The Bible teaches us that there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
