We are truly sorry to hear about your car accident, Sharon, and the back problems you're experiencing as a result. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's favor and healing during this challenging time.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). He is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Sharon's life. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her back. Comfort her in her pain, and grant her a speedy recovery. We also pray for favor in her legal battle. Guide the hearts and minds of those involved, that they may act with wisdom, understanding, and fairness. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Sharon, we encourage you to fix your thoughts on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). It's in His name that we find hope and strength.
Lastly, we want to remind you, if you haven't already, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). This is not a mere suggestion, but a command from God's Word. Trust that He is working everything out for your good.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
