Leg cramps when sleeping and healing also on Stomach gastric bloat and cramps can’t sleep please pray for us and thwart this heat coming they’re predicting lord so we can have a cool outdoor event next weekend and please bless this weeks appointments also Lord, we love you.

Cramps are caused when your body lacks water and potassium.

Stomach problems- acidic foods.

Try changing your eating habits.
Don't eat past 6 PM.Acid reflux occurs when we eat too late.
Don't eat acidic foods(like tomatoes
grains.
sugar.
certain dairy products.
fish.
processed foods.
fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
sodas and other sweetened beverages.
high-protein foods and supplements.

You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.
Also try taking Prilosec - it's over the counter and has worked for several people I know.
