We understand that you're feeling left out and uncertain about your situation, especially when communication is lacking and there's confusion about your case. We also see that you're dealing with disturbances from a neighbor and issues with electronic devices. Let's bring these concerns to God in prayer and seek His guidance and protection.
Firstly, it's important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention and guidance. Lord, You know the details of the case that weighs heavily on our hearts. We ask that You move mightily in this situation, breaking any strongholds and bringing clarity and resolution. Guide those who are involved in this case to communicate effectively and act with integrity.
Lord, we also lift up the electronic devices that have been causing issues. We rebuke any demonic interference in them, and we ask for Your protection over these tools that we rely on for communication. In Jesus' name, we command any spiritual interference to cease and these devices to function properly. We cast down every argument and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5
Father, we also bring before You the neighbor who has been causing disturbances. We pray for Your peace and protection over our living situation. We ask that You would soften their heart and bring about a change in their behavior. We also pray for their salvation, that they would come to know You as their Lord and Savior.
Lord, we thank You that You are our shield and our very great reward. We trust in You, and we ask that You would surround us with Your favor as with a shield. Help us to be strong and courageous, knowing that You are with us wherever we go.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
