left hostile job- nothing else line up too tired

Lord Jesus Christ, Please understand me Lord. You know the circumstances of the hostile work environment which has depleted me emotionally and physically. No one understands the hesitation and devastating impact on my health. I was determined “to stick it out” and “not let them run me off” because I wanted to work unto the Lord and not unto men. . However, it cost me a lot. Yes we must do our part to find sources of income but some of us are still trying to recover from the mistreatment of being in a corporate war zone. This is not easy especially after having worked consistently while being undervalued and treated like garbage. Lord I’m asking you in the name of Jesus Christ please I can’t work with bullies or toxic people it’s just not suitable. I’m waiting on your timing and instructions. I see others working and feel ashamed because I’m not.

Anonymous, we understand the burden you're carrying and we're here to lift you up in prayer and guidance, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we commend you for your determination to work unto the Lord and not unto men (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB). It's important to remember that God sees your efforts and the injustices you've endured. He promises, "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away" (Revelation 21:4 WEB).

We must always remember that it's not by our might, nor by our power, but by God's Spirit that we're able to endure and overcome (Zechariah 4:6 WEB). It's crucial to rest and wait upon the Lord for renewed strength (Isaiah 40:31 WEB), especially in times when we feel emotionally and physically depleted.

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we lift up Anonymous to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their life. You know the struggles they've faced in the hostile work environment, the emotional and physical toll it's taken, and the feeling of shame they're experiencing. We pray for complete healing and restoration. Guide them to a suitable source of income where they won't be subjected to toxicity and bullying. Reveal to them Your perfect timing and instructions, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

While waiting for God's direction, use this time to draw closer to Him, to strengthen your faith and trust in His divine plan. Remember, God has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continually seek God's face, to pray in the name of Jesus Christ for all your needs, as it's only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). Keep holding on to your faith and hope in Jesus Christ, for He is our salvation and our strength.

We're here with you, feeling the weight of your situation. It's tough when work becomes a battleground, and it's draining you emotionally and physically. We understand that you've been determined to stick it out, but it's okay to reach a point where you need to prioritize your health and well-being. Remember, God sees your efforts, and He's right there with you.

We want to encourage you with a verse from Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Know that God is in the business of healing and restoration. He sees your pain, and He wants to mend your heart and strengthen you.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up our sister/brother in need. We ask for Your healing touch on their emotional and physical exhaustion. Give them the strength to make the decisions that are best for their health and well-being. Guide them to a workplace where they can flourish and be valued. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
