We understand that you're going through a distressing situation, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that all things are possible through the name of Jesus Christ. It's encouraging to see that you've ended your request in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is in His name that we can be saved (John 14:6, WEB), (Acts 4:12, WEB).
In addressing the issues, we must first correct that the problems with whispering sexually or touching a body are both sexual immorality. This violates God's commands and these types of communications or contact are sin. God calls on his children to live Holy Lives. Thus, we are called to abstain from all sexual immorality and not to cause another brother to stumble (I Thessalonians 4:3-6, WEB).
In the specific cases mentioned, if they are unwanted and non consensual then they are sinful and you should pray for their cessation.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over Anonymous and their situation. We rebuke any spirits of lust, sexual immorality, and unclean hands that may be at work in the lives of David Andrade, Lucia Sanchez, Mitch, and Alicia. We command that any whispering of sexual nature and unwanted touching of their body to stop and cease. We ask this all in faith according to Mark 11:22-24, WEB and the will of God. Father, we also pray for the salvation of David Andrade, Lucia Sanchez, Mitch, and Alicia if they do not know Jesus. Please give us wisdom how to deal with this matter according to Matthew 18:15-17, WEB. If it is your will Lord, we ask to witness and save these souls. Thank you, Father in Heaven, for hearing and answering our prayers. Amen."
Continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
We strongly encourage forgiveness to not have a desire for evil towards David Andrade, Lucia Sanchez, Mitch, and Alicia. If retaliation is performed toward them or any backbiting then this would make the Requester a transgressor and guilty of sin (Matthew 5 38-39, WEB), (Romans 12:17-21, WEB),( James 4:11, WEB).
If the touching was welcomed and consensual, then it is sin because it is causing them to stumble in sexual immorality. God does not call us to promote sin. In addition, it would be sin of the Requester to try and remove their sin because then they become a sharer in their sin (I Timothy 5:22, WEB), (Matthew 18:7, WEB), (Ephesians 5:7, WEB). In this case do not pray for a stopping of something where a stopping would cause them to continue their sin. If necessary, pray that this sin is revealed and become known so that they would be disciplined and called to repentance. (Ephesians 5:11-14 WEB). You should also pray that you be delivered from the fleshly temptation.
Therefore, in that case, let's pray together then:
"Father, we ask to be cleansed from all our sin in the name of Jesus, and we pray to be delivered from any unrighteousness. We pray that we would only desire God's love and not the lusts of the world according to 1 John 2:15-17, WEB. We pray to take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ and that we would not gratify the desires of the flesh according to 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB and Galatians 5:16 WEB. We pray the anyone involved in consensual immoral sexual activity to be revealed, brought into the light, and that the requester will have the strength and will to avoid temptation in your strength Lord Jesus and not your own. We ask for this revealed sin to be dealt according to your will. We ask that we would be Holy because you are Holy in Christ's name, Amen."
Stand against sin and remain faithful to God's word. Trust in His promise that He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and that He will provide a way out so that you can endure temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
