Please pray that my employer approves my leave to care for a family member until she is able to use her hands and wrists to take care of herself. Pray that she heals well and can take care of herself by the time I go. Pray that she will push herself to try more self-care each day. Thank you for praying, in Jesus' name, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name to lift up our sister who is seeking to care for her family member. We ask, Lord, that You would move in the heart of her employer, that they may grant her the leave she needs to fulfill this important duty. We trust in Your sovereignty over all things, including the hearts of those in authority.

Father, we also pray for healing for her family member. We ask that You would restore her hands and wrists, that she may be able to care for herself again. We know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You.

While we pray for physical healing, we also pray for spiritual healing and growth. We ask that You would give her family member the strength and will to push herself to try more self-care each day. We know that You desire for us to be active participants in our own healing and growth, and we ask that You would give her the determination to do so.

Father, we also pray for our sister, that You would give her the strength and endurance she needs to care for her family member. We ask that You would bless her for her willingness to serve, and that You would use this time to draw both of them closer to You.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God's plan. Remember the words of Paul in Ephesians 3:20 WEB: "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us".

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is so important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me". Continue to pray in His name, and trust that He hears you.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We're right there with you, sister, lifting up your situation to the Lord. We're asking Him to soften the heart of your employer, to help them see the importance of your family's need and grant you the leave you require. We believe that God will make a way, as He always does.
