Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We understand that you're seeking leave from your employment to care for a family member, and we commend you for your familial devotion. It's important to remember that God honors those who honor their families. As it is written "But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8, WEB)
Firstly, we appreciate that you've submitted your request in Jesus' name. This is vital because as it is written "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5) and "whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14). Remember that it is only in Jesus Name that we have acccess to God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved in Christ who seeks to care for their family member. We ask that You would move upon their employer's heart, granting them the leave they need to fulfill this important duty. We pray for favor and grace, that this request may be approved swiftly and without hindrance. We also pray for healing and restoration for the family member in need, that You would comfort and strengthen them during this time.
We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, and Your ability to work all things together for good. We are reminded of "The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him." (Nahum 1:7, WEB) Guide our beloved through this process, and let Your will be done in their life and the life of their family member.
Finally, we are reminded that "if someone asks for your coat, you should offer your shirt also." (Matthew 5:40) We pray that this employer does not withhold this request from you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
