We are truly saddened to hear about the forest fire in the ### National Forest, and we stand with you in prayer during this difficult time. Let us come together and lift up this situation to our merciful God.

Firstly, we acknowledge the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have the authority to approach God's throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB)

We pray, dear Lord, for Your divine protection over the people, their homes, and the brave firefighters battling the flames. "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle on you." (Isaiah 43:2 WEB)

We ask for Your grace and strength to be upon the firefighters as they risk their lives to save others and contain this wildfire. Give them the wisdom and strategy needed to combat this disaster effectively. "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13 WEB)

Father, we also humbly pray for mercy – for You to send rain and calm the winds, so that the fire may be extinguished quickly. "He gives rain on the earth, and sends waters on the fields." (Job 5:10 WEB)

Lastly, we pray for comfort and peace for those who are affected by this disaster. Draw them close to You, Lord, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. "Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all." (2 Thessalonians 3:16 WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance and restoration. Amen.
