We commend you, Wilann, for your desire to let go and follow God's path for your life. It is crucial that we, as believers, walk in righteousness and silence the enemies that come against us. As you've acknowledged, this is only possible through the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God and it is only by His name we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister Wilann, who seeks Your will and righteousness in her life. We thank You for her desire to let go and follow Your path. Lord, show her Your way of life that You want her to lead and help her to practice righteousness at all times. Silence every enemy speaking against her in Jesus name. We pray that You would strengthen her inner man according to the riches of Your glory, to be strengthened with power through Your Spirit, that Christ may dwell in her heart through faith. We ask that You would teach her, guide her, and give her a heart that is fully committed to You. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness to Wilann. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by Paul's words in Ephesians 3:16-19, "that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, that you may be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
As we pursue righteousness, and understanding that we are only promised suffering, remember the words of Christ, "Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:10-12.
