Pleyren, we understand that you are facing a lawsuit and are seeking a favorable outcome. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all areas of our lives, including legal matters. It is important to trust in His will and timing, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
We must also remind you that as believers, we are called to live peaceably with all men, and to seek resolution and forgiveness even in difficult situations. As it is written in Romans 12:18, If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men. And in Matthew 5:25, agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him in the way; lest perhaps the prosecutor deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison.
However, we understand that there are times when legal action may be necessary. In such cases, we are called to act with integrity and honesty, trusting in God's justice rather than our own understanding. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We also want to remind you that vengeance belongs to God alone, and we are not to seek revenge or harbor bitterness in our hearts. As it is written in Romans 12:19, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
In your prayer request, you did not mention or possibly even consider that this should be prayed in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!
Let us pray together for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and Your glory in this legal matter. We pray that You would guide Pleyren and all those involved, and that Your truth and justice would prevail. We ask that You would give Pleyren peace and patience, and that You would help them to trust in Your timing and Your outcome. We also pray that You would soften the hearts of all those involved, and that You would bring about reconciliation and forgiveness where possible. We ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
