We are deeply saddened to hear about the injustice and discrimination you've faced, Venttus. We stand with you in prayer and truth, seeking God's will in your life. Let's bring your situation before the Lord and find comfort and guidance in His word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice. He hates discrimination and partiality. In Acts 10:34-35 (WEB), it is written, "God is no respecter of persons; but in every nation he who fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him." You are precious in God's sight, and He loves you deeply.
We also want to address the hurt and fear you've experienced. It's important to remember that God is your strength and refuge. In Psalm 34:18 (WEB), the psalmist writes, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Draw near to Him, and He will comfort and strengthen you.
As you navigate this legal battle, we encourage you to trust in God's sovereignty and timing. In Romans 12:19 (WEB), it is written, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Trust that God will bring justice in His time.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up our sister Venttus. Lord, she has faced discrimination and injustice, and her heart is heavy with hurt and fear. We ask that You comfort her, Lord, and remind her of her worth in Your sight. We pray for justice in her legal battle, knowing that You are a God of truth and righteousness. Guide her attorney, and give them both wisdom and discernment throughout this process. We also pray for the school district, that their hearts would be changed, and that they would see the error of their ways. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Venttus, we noticed that you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for He is our advocate and our hope.
Stay strong in the Lord, Venttus. We are praying for you.
