Laundry use and small fridge

I am renting a room from my coworker, the room is separate from their house, we talked about using the laundry and putting a small fridge in my room, when I moved in, she told me to use the fridge in her house, which is a hassle for me to go in to her house to use, I came home one day wanted to eat my chocolate and couldn’t because it melted, the thought of going into her house to do little things like that makes me uncomfortable. It’s been a week and a half she never mentioned about using the laundry. I need to do my laundry. Please soften her heart so I can use the laundry and put a small fridge in the room. It d be nice if she mentions it first rather than me having to bring that up. Thank you! In Jesus name I pray Amen
