We understand your distress, dear anonymous, and we want to lift up your situation to God in prayer. Before we do, let's remember that our ultimate trust is in Jesus Christ, not in any company or manager. It's important to include Jesus in our prayers, as it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Regarding your career, we pray that God's will be done in your life. Remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our careers. As it is written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." We pray that if it is God's will, you would continue to excel in your career at this company. We also pray for your old manager, that their heart would be softened and that they would seek to do good rather than harm. As Jesus taught us, "pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28, WEB).
Concerning your soulmate, we want to encourage you to trust God's timing and His choice for you. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We pray that God would guide your steps and bring you together with a godly spouse, if it is His will for you. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
