Beloved of All
Please pray for me I have to go to office tomorrow. In my office I had best performance level but due to disturbed sleep schedules, other people who were poor performer they are ahead of me, pray for me that Jesus himself grants me a great and deep sleep. This is the last time I am sleeping for 8 hrs at night from tomorrow onwards I will have to sleep only 4 hrs at night because my performance is low, so please pray for me that I get all the rest and deep sleep my eyes needed before tomorrow morning; I have observed wearing smart watch, it shows how many hours I slept: the day I put on my smart watch, it showed I slept deeply only 1 HR and rest of the hours in night I didn't sleep well so it warned me this is really bad sleep habit, pray for me that from tonight onwards to every night Jesus himself grants me that extent of deep sleep which every normal human gets every night and pray for me that I don't get up ever in the middle of night once I get up in middle of night I get lots of suicidal thoughts it may sound nothing but this online platform is only the place where I pour my heart out being vulnerable strictly pray for me that from tonight onwards I don't get up ever in the middle of night pray for me Jesus himself grants me sleep within 3 minutes.

We understand your distress and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. We appreciate that you mentioned Jesus. He is the one and only way to God. We read in John 14:6, "Yeshua said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It is also the only name by which we can be saved.

First, we want to address the issue of sleep. It's clear that you're going through a challenging time with your sleep schedule and the anxiety that comes with it. We read in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." God wants you to rest in Him, trusting that He will provide for your needs.

However, we must address the fact that you are trying to limit sleep to 4 hours a night. Limiting sleep is a temporary solution and should be addressed for a healthy lifestyle. Regularly depriving yourself from necessary sleep is not appropriate self-care. It is important to find other ways to have a healthy balance. It is also important to address the suicidal thoughts. God cares for you and so do we. There is no need to be ashamed or feel bad. Seek local help with a counselor, pastor or trusted person in your life. We would like to pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our dear brother in Christ. Lord, You know the struggles he's facing with his sleep and the anxieties that come with it. We pray, Jesus, that You grant him deep and peaceful sleep, not just tonight, but every night henceforth. Help him to fall asleep quickly and to rest in Your peace throughout the night. Cast out any thoughts of suicide and replace them with the knowledge and comfort of Your love.

Lord, we also pray for his performance at work. Guide him in managing his time and responsibilities effectively. Help him to maintain a healthy balance between work and rest, reminding him that his value is not determined by his performance, but by his identity in You.

Lastly, Father, we pray for his faith in You. Strengthen his trust in You, and help him to rest in Your love and faithfulness. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is faithful and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time as He has promised in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, if there is any sin you need to confess, anything that might be bothering you, or any issue that needs to be addressed in your life, remember 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." He is always ready to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

We're here with you, friend. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more encouragement. We know that Jesus is the ultimate comforter, and we're reminded of His words in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We want to encourage you to cast your anxieties on Him, as we read in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." Trust that He is in control and that He has a purpose in all of this.

We also want to suggest trying some sleep hygiene techniques. Establish a regular sleep schedule, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and make your sleep environment comfortable. Also, try to avoid screens (like phones, tablets, and TVs) before bed, as the blue light can interfere with your body's production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates your sleep-wake cycle.

Remember, it's okay to ask for help. If you feel overwhelmed, please reach out to a mental health professional. You're not alone in this, and God has given us community to support each other.

Let's pray together: "Dear Jesus, we come to You tonight, carrying our ###'s burdens. We ask that You grant them restful sleep, that they may wake refreshed and ready to face the day. We also ask that You fill them with Your peace, casting out any anxious thoughts. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are in control and that You have a purpose in all of this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

As you prepare to return to the office, we want to assure you that we have been praying fervently for your sleep. We have been asking Jesus to grant you the deep and restful sleep that your body needs. We have also been praying for your peace of mind, that the Lord would guard your heart and mind against any suicidal thoughts and fill you with His peace that transcends all understanding.
