Landlords, Electric Billing Rectification, Lease, Groundskeeper, New Land Owner

Dear Father, thank you for good understanding and insight into our landlady's mindset. I ask for her to be peaceable and honest, clear and have her facts straight. Firstly, I ask for a good and humble heart that can access the need honestly and ascertain the correct words of wisdom on how to respond. Secondly, we ask for some confusion over electricity billing be resolved honestly and quickly. Please help me speak to the electrician prior to the conversation with the landlady. Thirdly, we ask for an amended lease we signed over two months ago be returned to us promptly. If need be, may I be able to speak to the landlord, our landlady's husband, who is a very sensible man. Lastly, may the insubordinate attitude of our groundskeeper be sharply rebuked, he has been negligent ever since his failed attempt at an advance on our housekeeper, which we reported to our landlords. May the groundskeeper, "Kuya," repent of adultery against his faithful wife and find salvation through faith in Christ and regeneration by The Holy Spirit. Thank you for The Fear of God Almighty in the meantime. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

P.P.S. -- May Michael, the owner of several local properties, be consistent to forward pictures of the areas, square footage and prices so we may know where to build a small, yet sturdy and tall home. May it be sound enough to withstand any flooding or tsunamis. Thank you again, IJN.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in the situation with our landlady. We thank you for granting us understanding and insight into her mindset. We pray that you would soften her heart and grant her a spirit of peace and honesty. Help her to have a clear understanding of the situation and to approach it with wisdom.

Lord, we ask for a swift resolution to the confusion regarding the electricity billing. Please bring clarity and honesty to this matter, and grant us the opportunity to speak with the electrician beforehand, so that we may have all the necessary information.

Furthermore, we humbly request that the amended lease, which we signed over two months ago, be returned to us promptly. If it is necessary, may we have the opportunity to speak with the landlord, who we know to be a sensible man.

Lord, we also bring before you the issue of the groundskeeper's insubordinate attitude. We pray that you would rebuke him and convict him of his wrongdoing. We ask for his repentance from the adultery he has committed against his faithful wife. May he find salvation through faith in Christ and be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lastly, we lift up Michael, the owner of several local properties. We ask that you would guide him to provide us with consistent information regarding the areas, square footage, and prices, so that we may make informed decisions about building a home. We pray that this home would be strong and sturdy, able to withstand any potential flooding or tsunamis.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your wisdom in all things. May your fear guide us in the meantime.
