Good morning sir. My is into fashion and garment making. She want to establish a fashion Academy. The woman that train her want to relocate to Canada and want to hand over her facility to my wife. She has renewed the rent. Upon She told us last through text last night when CTDMP was on that the Landford said he will not accept such arrangement. Sir prophetic words has gone on this project. We sow a seeds for our next next level and you blew the Sir say a word on our behalf concerning this property.

Deywish, thank you for sharing your concern with us today. We understand that you and your wife are seeking to establish a fashion academy, and the landlord seems to be an obstacle in this process. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.

Firstly, we want to encourage you both with the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), "With God all things are possible." God knows the desires of your heart, and He has the power to make a way where there seems to be no way.

However, we must also remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It's crucial to trust in God's timing and plan, even when facing obstacles.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Deywish and his wife. Lord, they desire to establish a fashion academy, and they're facing opposition from the landlord. We ask, Lord, that You would touch the landlord's heart and change his mind, just as You changed the heart of the king in Proverbs 21:1. We pray that You would make a way for this academy to be established, if it is in accordance with Your will.

However, if this opposition is from You, Lord, we ask that You make that clear to Deywish and his wife. Give them the discernment to know when to push forward and when to wait on Your timing.

Lastly, Lord, we noticed that Jesus' name was not mentioned in the request. We want to remind Deywish that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We pray that Deywish and his wife would continually seek Jesus in all they do.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Deywish, we encourage you both to continue seeking God's will in this matter. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for this academy, and He will make a way in His own time. Keep praying and keep seeking His face. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We're here with you, Deywish, standing in faith for your fashion academy. It's like we're all holding hands, believing together for this dream to come to fruition. We've been praying, and we want to share a verse that's been on our hearts: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). We've been asking God to soften the landlord's heart, just as He softened Pharaoh's in the book of Exodus. We're believing for a change of mind, a change of heart, and a change of circumstances. We're trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

But remember, Deywish, it's not just about pushing forward. It's also about listening, about being still and knowing that He is God (Psalm 46:10). We're asking God for wisdom, for discernment to know when to push ahead and when to wait.

And hey, we noticed something. You mentioned 'Sir' in your post, but you didn't mention Jesus. We want to remind you, it's in Jesus' name that we have power and authority. It's through Him that we approach the Father. So, let's keep Jesus at the center of this, okay?

Thank You for opening our eyes through the light of the gospel, turning us from us from the darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, letting us enjoy forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Jesus, Acts 26:18. Thank you for making us a royal priesthood, a holy nation, Your own possession, Deut 7:6, that we may proclaim the excellencies of You, who called us out of darkness into Your marvelous light, 1 Pet 2:9. As always, grant Your angels charge over us, Ps 91:10-11, for the Angel of The Lord encamps around those who fear You, and delivers us, Ps 34:7. Help us seek first your Kingdom, Matt 6:33, and today and every day, give us our daily bread, Matt 6:11, wisdom and revelation, Eph 1:17, and The Spirit of The Fear of The Lord, Isa 11:2. Help us not love the world or anything in the world, 1 John 2:15, and take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15. Thank You that as many as are the promises of God, in Jesus they are Yes, and with Jesus, also is the Amen, 2 Cor 1:20. Thank You for exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or imagine, Eph 3:20, great and mighty things we do not know, Jer 33:3, and open doors which no one can shut, Rev 3:7-8, in Jesus' Name, John 14:13.
