Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts heavy for the challenges faced by this lady who is adopting Native American children. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation where issues of racism and division have arisen. Your Word tells us in Galatians 3:28, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus." We pray that this truth would permeate the hearts of everyone involved.
Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for this lady. Help her to see all the children in her care as equally precious in Your sight. Remove any biases or prejudices that may exist, and fill her heart with Your love and compassion. May she be a vessel of Your grace and unity, treating each child with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Father, we also pray for the Native American children. Surround them with Your protection and fill them with a sense of worth and belonging. Let them know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, as Psalm 139:14 declares, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
We pray for healing and reconciliation in this family and community. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May Your love break down any walls of division and bring about a spirit of unity and harmony.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
