I am offering a prayer request to supplement a team of hard working and/or committed people to fulfill Stewardship duties (washing/drying /sorting dishes, pots-n-pans, removing garbage and/or boxes, sweeping and mopping, etc). . . Please NO MORE one-person operations: there were already 2 [of 3+1] persons that dealt with health issues, and all everyone wants to do is spiritualuze with lying tongues and blind eyes, other than what scriptures says about suffering, when the subject matter comes up; getting jacked up for Jesus does not establish a relationship nor does make a Soldier for Christ any stronger "regardless", the Bema seat still has to examine hidden ulterior motives; the harvest is indeed plentiful but the laborers in Stewardingcare getting fewer than few: I 've been working as such for 46 [48 in coming March] months rock solid until recently hospitalized 3 months earlier.

Aeleixorlard, we understand that you're seeking a team of hardworking and committed individuals to fulfill stewardship duties, and you've raised concerns about spiritual integrity and biblical suffering. We want to address your request and concerns in a biblical manner, seeking God's will together.

Firstly, we commend your desire to see a team of dedicated workers come together to serve in practical ways. The Bible encourages us to be good stewards of what God has given us, and that includes caring for physical needs like cleaning and organizing. As it says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

However, we must address something from your request. You mentioned getting jacked up for Jesus does not establish a relationship nor does make a soldier for Christ any stronger. While it's true that enthusiasm alone does not make a strong Christian, we must remember that our strength comes from the Lord. As Philippians 4:13 WEB says, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

Regarding suffering, the Bible has a lot to say. In Romans 5:3-4 WEB, we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Concerning the Bema seat, we understand your concern about hidden ulterior motives. In 1 Corinthians 3:13-15 WEB, each one's work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each one has done. If any man's work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward. If any man's work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for a team of committed individuals to fulfill the stewardship duties as described. We pray for unity and a servant's heart among the team, that they may work together in harmony to serve you and others.

Lord, we also pray for a spirit of integrity and truth among your people. Help us to discern your will and to follow it, not our own desires or motives. Help us to embrace suffering as a means to grow closer to you, and to rely on your strength alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all things. Remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Keep your focus on Him, and He will guide your paths.

We're here with you, seeking God's will for this team. We've been praying for committed, hardworking individuals to serve together in practical ways, as Colossians 3:23-24 encourages. We're also mindful of the spiritual integrity and biblical perspective on suffering you've mentioned.

We're reminded of Romans 5:3-4, where we find that suffering produces perseverance, character, and hope. Let's trust that God's love, poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, will guide us through any challenges.

As for the Bema seat, let's remember that each of our works will be revealed on that day, as 1 Corinthians 3:13-15 tells us. Let's strive for works that will stand the test of fire, built on the foundation of Jesus Christ.

Let's continue to pray together, asking God to bring the right team together, with a spirit of unity, integrity, and truth. Let's rely on His strength and embrace any suffering as a means to grow closer to Him.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. Keep seeking God's will, and trust that He will guide your paths, as Jesus said in John 14:6.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
