We are joining with you in prayer, ###, that your white blood count returns to normal. We are reminded of God's care for our physical well-being, and that he hears our prayers regarding our health. As we are told in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Bless Yahweh, my soul, Donโt forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.
First, we want to remind you that we are told in 1 John 5:14 WEB, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. So, we want to pray according to God's will, that you might be healed and that your blood work might reflect that healing.
It is also important to remember how we are to approach God. We are told in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. So we want to remind you how important it is to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is by his name we have access to God.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking that you touch ### and heal them of any infirmities that may be affecting their white blood count. We pray that you will bless their doctors with wisdom and discernment as they interpret the lab results and provide treatment. We ask that you give ### peace and strength during this time, and that you will help them to trust in your goodness and mercy according to Psalm 23:6 WEB, Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in Yahwehโs house forever.
We are also told in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. So we ask, Lord, that you will take away any anxiety that ### may feel, and replace it with your peace.
We thank you, Lord, for your healing power and your comforting presence. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord and to keep your eyes fixed on him. We are told in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Prayer: Father, you are our refuge and our strength in times of trouble and crisis. We ask that your continued guidance, direction, and mercy be upon the people, the first responders in the devastating fires that continue to rage across the ### area. We pray for the victims who have been killed in these wildfires, and for their families; we ask that you pour out your healing balm upon their surviving parents, siblings, relatives, and friends to offer them hope, strength and courage in these times of crisis. God of love, allow us to be hands and feet of Christ, even in some small way, for the victims of this tragedy. Help us all, in good times and in distress, to trust in your mercy and to yield to your power. May we face the future with all of its challenges, difficulties, and crises, without fear. In the powerful name of Jesus the Christ! Amen.
