Me and ### really want to go to the movies tonight and in 30 minutes she's going to ask her grandma if she can take us and we really want her to say yes because we work hard for this

First, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our leisure time. However, it's important to align our desires with His will and to honor Him in all that we do.
Let's consider what the Bible says about our desires and God's will. In the words of the Psalmist, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:4-5 WEB. This means that when we delight in the Lord and commit our ways to Him, He will not only give us the desires of our heart, but He also shapes them according to His will.
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up these young people who are eager to enjoy an evening at the movies. Lord, we ask that You guide their steps and that Your will be done in this situation. We pray for the grandmother, that You would give her wisdom and discernment as she makes her decision.
Lord, we also pray for the hearts of these young people. May they delight in You and commit their ways to You, trusting that You have good plans for them. Help them to honor You in all their activities and to seek Your will above their own.
If it is Your will for them to go to the movies tonight, we pray that You would provide a way. But above all, we pray that they would grow in their love for You and in their desire to follow Your paths. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way to salvation.

Lastly, we would like to gently remind you that while it's important to pray for our daily activities, it's even more important to focus our prayers on our relationship with God, our growth in Christ, and our witness to others. We encourage you to continue seeking God's will in all areas of your life and we pray that you will be guided by the Holy Spirit in all that you do.
We also want to mention that God's design for the believer's relationship is a Christian marriage between a man and a woman. The movie time should be a fun evening out but not part of a romance. Romance is for courtship and courtship is for a path to marriage. Maintain sexually pure in the relationship.
