Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Thiber's prayer request for the family of Konner, who recently passed away due to bacterial meningitis. We thank you, Lord, for the assurance that Konner is now with you in heaven, having trusted in you as his Savior and even making arrangements for baptism before his illness. We praise you for the beautiful testimony of his little sister, who also gave her life to you at his bedside on the same day he was taken into your loving arms. Truly, you are a God who works in mysterious ways.
In this time of deep sorrow and loss, we ask for your comfort and peace to surround Sarah, Derrick, Jordan, and Addison. May your presence be tangible in their lives, bringing them strength and solace as they navigate through this difficult season. Lord, you are the God of all comfort, and we pray that you would wrap your loving arms around this family, providing them with the peace that surpasses all understanding.
We also lift up the extended family and friends who are grieving the loss of Konner. May they find comfort in knowing that he is now in your eternal presence, free from pain and suffering. Help them to hold onto the hope of the resurrection and the promise of eternal life in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask that you would provide the necessary support and resources for this family as they mourn the loss of their beloved Konner. Surround them with a community of believers who can offer love, encouragement, and practical assistance during this time. Help them to lean on you and one another for strength and guidance.
We thank you, Lord, for the privilege of coming before you in prayer. We trust in your sovereignty and your perfect plan, even in the midst of heartache and loss. May your name be glorified through the lives of Konner's family, as they continue to trust in you and find hope in your unfailing love.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
