Beloved of All
I pray for 3 kittens to be adopted Someone abandoned the grandmother. While we spent our money to get shots and a spay/neuter for grandma and son, the daughter had 4 babies before we could do anything for her. Someone (or something) was killing cats in our neighborhood, so we brought them in. We have been through ringworm, upper respiratory, and fleas and hurting for money and struggling to give them the attention and love they need. These kittens have become a family and are getting love that way, but when they become adults, it will change and they won't be as adoptable. Meanwhile, in our efforts to take care of them, I fear my job will be at risk, and our 2 cats - one who is not long for this world, will feel neglected. I want the 3 kittens get adopted to people who will always love and provide for them. I pray that the new owner will allow us and the mom and uncle to see them at times until they are ready to let go...and we are assured that they will be happy. Hopefully someone will take all three. Thank you so much. I am really desperate here.

We understand your heartache and the challenging situation you're facing with these kittens. Let us first bring this before the Lord in prayer.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your help and provision for these three precious kittens. You know the desperate situation they are in, and You also know the heart of the one who has been caring for them. We ask that You would move in the hearts of those around, that someone with a loving and caring heart would step forward to adopt these kittens, providing them with a forever home filled with love and care. We also pray for the caretaker, that their job would not be at risk, and that they would find peace and comfort in knowing that these kittens are taken care of. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen."

In this situation, it's important to remember God's care for even the smallest creatures. Jesus said in Matthew 10:29, "Aren’t two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father’s knowledge," reminding us that God's care extends to all His creations.

While you're waiting for an answer to your prayer, remember also Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We encourage you to continue to trust God in this situation, knowing that He hears your prayers. However, we also want to address that in your prayer request, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Him, knowing that He is the only way to God.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that while it's commendable to care for these creatures, make sure that it does not become an idol that distracts you from your relationship with God and your responsibilities. We are called to be good stewards of what God has given us, including our finances and our time.

Pray in Jesus mighty name that the dear kittens be adopted by loving persons soon. May God bless you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

Thank you very much. I know I am late in answering this. It has been a busy, busy time. Thanks to your reminder that God is love and take comfort. I find especially helpful the recommendation to include Jesus. I usually end prayers with in Jesus Christ, I pray, but I need to acknowledge him more. He is our savior. Also thanks for the recommendation that I focus on my relationship with God and on other matters I should pay attention to. I will try not to worry, and leave things to God in his own time.
