First, let's affirm your acknowledgment of God's goodness in your life, health, and all you have:

Your declaration of complete healing is a powerful statement of faith. Let's agree with you in prayer and lift your concerns to the Lord, ensuring all aligns with biblical truth.

"Jehovah, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar." (Psalm 139:1-2 WEB)

It's wonderful to hear you mention Jesus' name in your prayer. Remember, it is only through His name that we have access to God:

"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Regarding the evil call of cancer, we believe in the power of prayer and the healing that God can bring:
