Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking employment at CBS. We ask that you guide and direct the hiring process, touching the hearts of those who are responsible for making the decision. May they see the value and potential in our friend and grant them favor in their sight.

Lord, we pray specifically for the references that are being contacted. We ask that you would speak through each reference, giving them wisdom and clarity as they provide remarks and references about our friend. May their words be truthful, positive, and impactful, highlighting the skills, character, and qualifications that make our friend an excellent candidate for the job.

Furthermore, we lift up our friend's current job situation to you, Lord. We ask for your divine intervention, that they would not be mandated or asked to work overtime if it is not in their best interest. Provide them with a healthy work-life balance and protect them from any unnecessary stress or burden.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, knowing that you have a perfect plan for our friend's life. May they find peace and assurance in your presence, knowing that you are working all things together for their good .
