KIDNEY TRANSPLANT FAILING

Dear Lord,

The latest labs show 17% kidney function, slight acidosis, + chronic anemia, among other issues. I pray I can avoid dialysis as long as possible. I still have the esophageal cancer to deal with; I pray that can be kept fairly superficial as well.

There's a constant tug of war in my spirit. I want to leave this world to be in heaven, where I'll never have to worry again. But my human nature still feels tied here, at least in some respects.

Help me to be more faithful to you + more compassionate to my fellow human beings. Show me opportunities to tell people about the gospel, + soften their hearts to be receptive.

In your holy name, amen.

God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love and care about, and all those who love and care about me. And God please bless each of us to always walk in the integrity, love, character, and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure.
