Kia Ora, my name is ### and I’m from ###. In the last few weeks I have been experiencing severe sleep insomnia as well as menopausal symptoms that have been causing me a lot of distress and anxiety. I would really appreciate your prayers of healing. I am a believer, but I feel like I’m under a spiritual attack, and this frightens me. Please help me.

Lord, when the troubles of life knock me to my knees, help me to realize that that's the best place to be, seeking Your face in prayer for strength, peace, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, instruction, provision, and all that I stand in need of.
