We are lifting you up in prayer, CJL80, and we are encouraged that you have come to us with your requests, submitting to the will of God and asking in the name of Jesus. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 16:23-24 WEB, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
Firstly, we pray for your marriage, that it would be strengthened and blessed during this time. We remind you of Ephesians 5:25-28 WEB, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself." We pray that your marriage would reflect the love of Christ and the church, and that you both would grow closer to each other and to God during this time.
We also pray for the many areas of your life that you have mentioned, including your pets, home, jobs, family, and friends. We pray for God's protection and provision in all of these areas, and that His will would be done in each of them. We remind you of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We hear your cry for help with your anxiety, and we pray that God would grant you His supernatural peace. We remind you of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We pray that you would be able to relax and trust in God's care for you, knowing that He is always with you and always at work for your good.
We also pray for your future, that it would be bright and filled with hope. We remind you of Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
Finally, we pray that you would continue to seek God's will in all areas of your life, and that you would grow in your relationship with Him. We remind you of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
