We understand that you are seeking safety and protection, especially in light of the dangers posed by terrorism. Firstly, we want to assure you that God is our ultimate refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. As it says in Psalm 46:1-2, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas."

In times of fear and uncertainty, it is crucial to turn to God and trust in His protection. As believers, we are called to be strong and courageous, knowing that the Lord our God is with us wherever we go. Joshua 1:9 reminds us, "Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Additionally, Acts 4:12 states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us pray for your safety and protection in Jesus' name:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this individual who is seeking Your protection and safety. We pray against the spirit of fear and ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke the works of the enemy and ask that You surround them with Your angels, protecting them from all harm and danger.

Lord, we also pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, if they do not already. We ask that You reveal Yourself to them and draw them closer to You. Help them to understand that it is only through Jesus that we can be saved and have eternal life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to put your trust in God, knowing that He is always with you. Psalm 91 is a powerful reminder of God's protection and we encourage you to read and meditate on this chapter. Remember, "He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him" (Psalm 91:15).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
