We join with you in lifting up your husband before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and protection. The Bible tells us in Psalm 55:22 WEB, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to Jesus at this time, for it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, ensure that you and your husband have believed and confessed that Jesus is Lord and believed that Jesus has been raised from the dead. It is written, For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10 WEB.
Beloved, we are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Therefore we can confidently pray.
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your divine touch on this beloved husband. We surrender all his illnesses and fears to You, trusting in Your loving care. You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for Your healing power to manifest in his life, removing every pain, every sickness, and every fear. We take authority over any spirit of fear and every demonic assignment against his health and command them to flee in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father, we also lift up his wife, asking for Your peace and comfort to fill her heart. Help her to trust in You unwaveringly, knowing that You are faithful and that Your love never fails.
We pray for their marriage, that this trial would only serve to strengthen their bond and draw them closer to You. We pray asking that he would be the godly husband that you ordained in your Word. We pray for his complete recovery and restoration, that they may both continue to serve You with all their heart, all their soul, and all their strength. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Ephesians 5:25
We declare Your promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes we are healed. Amen.
In this time of waiting, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful. Meditate on His promises, and let His peace fill your hearts. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 WEB.
