We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and distress you are experiencing. Firstly, we want to address the most concerning part of your message: you mentioned that you are "done with life" and "ready to just go." This is not God's will for your life. God has a purpose and a plan for you, and He wants you to live and live abundantly. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Please reach out to a local crisis hotline or emergency services immediately if you are in immediate danger. Your life is precious, and there are people who care and want to help.
Now, let's address the injustice you've experienced. It's important to remember that God is a God of justice, and He will not let the wrongdoings of others go unpunished. As it says in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We will pray that God brings justice to your situation and that He will deal with the investigator who treated you poorly.
We also want to pray for your healing and peace. The trauma of sexual assault can be devastating, but God can heal and restore you. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We will pray that God brings healing to your heart and mind and that He leads you to the right people who can support you and help you find the legal representation you need.
Finally, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Jesus, because He cares for you. He can handle all of your burdens and your cares. He could say it best in 1 Peter 5:7:
Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
In closing we are going to pray for you.
Dear God,
We come before You today to lift up this person who is hurting and in need of Your touch. We pray for Your healing and comfort in their life. We ask that You bring justice to their situation and that You deal with those who have wronged them. We also pray that You bring the right people into their life to support them and help them find the legal representation they need.
Lord, we also pray for their emotional and spiritual healing. We ask that You take away their pain and replace it with Your peace. We pray that they will cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6,
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He is the only way to God and the only one who can save you. If you have any further questions about this, please let us know.
We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you. Please don't give up on life, because God has a purpose and a plan for you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
