God Bless Everyone. The unit above me was told twice to stop and fix an issue on their kitchen and did not. They made the ceiling collapse and it hit someone. They won’t provide insurance. My place is in shambles since June. Give me justice. They now have 12 people living in a 2 bedroom. Causing intentional noise 24/7. Hoa and management company being bullies and won’t help. Prayer for justice.

Let's remember, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19, WEB).

Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you, dear one, that it is by His name that we approach God. Continue to seek God's face, trusting that He will bring justice and relief in His perfect timing. Keep documenting all incidents and persistently bring them to the attention of the appropriate authorities. May God's will be done, and may His peace reign in your life.
