We understand your cry for justice, and we join you in prayer, knowing that God is a God of justice and righteousness. We must remember that God's Word tells us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
First, we want to remind you that justice is ultimately in God's hands. As it is written, Don’t return evil for evil. Don’t take revenge, we say that God will deal justly with anyone who does wrong to you, Romans 12:17,19 WEB. It is essential to trust in God's timing and wisdom, knowing that He sees all things and will bring justice in His perfect time.
However, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, through which we must be saved, Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, for He is the one who will bring true and eternal to justice to those who follow him.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who seeks justice. Lord, You are the God of perfect justice, and we trust that You see the situation and will right the wrongs that have been committed. Give this person peace and patience as they wait for Your justice, in whatever form that may come.
We also pray that this person will come to know You more deeply through this trial, and that they will find their ultimate hope and security in You.
And if tomorrow is their birthday we pray your blessings on them. May it be a day filled with love, joy, and peace, and may it be a new chapter in their life of walking closely with You.
Please convict this person now if they have unforgiveness or bitterness in their heart so that this day will not be wasted in malice, but be redeemed as they forgive and live forgiven.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
P.S. Happy Birthday.
