Justice for my brother in prison, prison release

That my brother will get out of the prison. Immediately, he is already 3 and more months in the prison.
Falsely accused.
Possible 3-4 years.
Some circumstances speaking against him.
Some people even attorneys working against him.
It seems like his attorney is corrupted, lazy or even payed from our accuser, unbelievable.
It seems also like district attorney beleives to my brothers accuser (ex girlfriend of my brother) and she is ex drugg addict and still uses occasionaly (cocaine) and suspicious in many ways. Mental deseases in her family, she injure herself and has epilepsy, her mother in mental institution, very rich, never worked a day in her life, her first husband (3 husbands!) killed himself. WE suspect that she and her sister have this money from drug and arms trafficking (her father getting rich through war profiteering in Croatian war).
Is district attorney subjective or corrupted.
Please Lord, no more delays, corruption, lies, disrespect, unprofessional behaviour etc.
After European laws, he should have been released after 1 months of the prison because he has no criminal record but this woman is adding every months some new accusations and pretending she is affraid and my brother wanted to break up with her!!! She stocked him and has sent her girlfriends to stock him in the places where he had go out.
LORD, LET TRUTH PREVAILS AND LET JUSTICE BE SERVED for my brother IN JESUS NAME.
Lord, let him be released from prison custody immediately, he is in there for 3 and more months, we are afraid that he will loose his job. and he has 2 kids and loans to pay off.
He has no criminal record and is 50.
