Let us come together in prayer and counsel for AngelCali, seeking God's will in their situation.
AngelCali, we stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in your legal matters and bring peace and justice according to His will. We are reminded of Isaiah 1:17, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow.
We pray that God will guide the hearts and minds of those in authority, as only He can soften hearts and bring forth fairness (Proverbs 21:1 The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand. He turns wherever he desires.) . We ask Godβs truth and wisdom to reign over false and malicious lies (Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight.). We also pray for God to bring light to every falsehood or injustice you have experienced.
We rebuke any attempt to seek personal vengeance or harbor bitterness, as it is clearly instructed in scripture not to (Leviticus 19:18 and Romans 12:17-21). We call to mind that justice is God's alone, as it is written, Don't say, I will pay him evil for evil. Wait on Yahweh, and he will save you. (Proverbs 20:22) and Never avenge yourselves, dear friends: but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.(Romans 12:19) Forgive as the Lord forgives us.
God is the ultimate judge and He sees all things. Rely on Him in this trial. There are two scriptural justices we need at work our lives. The first is salvation. It is the free gift to us all from God. He bought us back from slavery to sin. He extended His grace to us in His son Jesus. But even the death of Jesus is useless to us except we make Him Lord of our Lives. We must be seeking the righteousness of God and His Will for our lives. We cannot please God except we come to God by faith in Jesus Christ. We must believe in Jesus' death and resurrection, believing Jesus forgives us our sins, and gives us eternal life. That is our first and most important justice in our lives with God.
Next our gift of salvation is our advocate for any other injustices in our lives. But our justification is in Jesus only. It is a righteousness of our own making. Without salvation we cannot expect the hand of God to move on our behalf. But with salvation then Jesus promises Jesus promises in John 14:13-14 Whatever you may ask in my name, that I will do for you, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Therefore let us pray that AngelCali's, that your faith is strengthened in Jesus and your will is aligned with God's own. That we pray for your situation, moving God to take up your cause and act justly on your behalf. We pray for your redemption from past wrongs and that Godβs perfect plan for your life be fulfilled is always accomplished and glorifying to God. In Jesus' name we pray believing this is your heart and the salvation of the Lord.
