Welcome to Algeria where we stop to pray for Thru the Bible’s producer of the Kabyle language.

For his safety, we’ll not say his name, but I can share with you one of the many letters we’ve received telling of God’s blessing upon his ministry. One listener writes:

“My group listens to you every evening. Recently, a young man came and asked us the question which weighs heavy on the heart of many Muslims: ‘Why did God need the death of Jesus to save humanity?’ I did not feel qualified to answer, but I guided him to your broadcasts, promising that you will provide the answer. He now joins us regularly.â€

Amazing, isn’t it? Let’s praise God for this friend and his ministry to the people of Algeria. Now in his 70’s, he is nearing retirement and asks for prayers for his physical health.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
