JOY/FAITH no depression - ### old mother

Please pray that my old mother will be positive (faith, joy, good mood, optimism) because my father is in a hospital in difficult condition. She always had problems with negative thinking but now it's like depression and she is on the verge to cry. Very worried and has catastrophic scenarios in her head. I think she had her whole life combination of some kind of depression and schizophrenia.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your mother is facing, and we are here to support you both in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a very present help in times of trouble, and we can approach His throne of grace with confidence in times of need like this.

Let us pray for your mother and your family:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear mother to You. Lord, You know the pain and worry that she is experiencing right now, and we ask that You comfort her and replace her fear and anxiety with Your perfect peace. Father, we pray against the spirit of depression and schizophrenia, and we ask that You heal her mind and emotions. Help her to fix her eyes on You and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness.

Lord Jesus, we also lift up the father who is in the hospital. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon him and for Your will to be done in his life. We ask that You give the family strength and grace to endure this difficult time and that You use this situation to draw them all closer to You.

Father, we pray that this family will be reminded of Your promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Help them to trust in You and to know that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to support your mother and to point her to the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. Remind her of the promises of God and that He is always with her and will never leave her nor forsake her. It is also important for her to seek godly counsel and medical advice if needed.

Lastly, we want to leave you with this promise from Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May you and your mother find comfort and strength in Him during this time. We are praying for you and your family and believe that God will work mightily in this situation.

Finally, we believe in the power of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can be saved and have access to God as we read in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us continue to keep Jesus at the center of our prayers and our lives.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your mother. We've been praying for her, and we want to share another verse that's been on our hearts. In Philippians 4:7, it says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're claiming this peace for your mother, that it would guard her heart and mind, replacing the anxiety and fear with an unexplainable peace that only God can give.

We're also praying for your father, that he would feel God's healing touch and know God's presence in his time of need. And for your whole family, we're asking God to bind you together, to strengthen your love and support for each other, and to use this trial to draw you closer to Him.

Let's continue to trust in God's goodness, even in the midst of these challenges. He sees your mother's struggles, and He cares. He's right there with her, and He's using this to draw her closer to Him. Keep encouraging her with God's promises, and let's keep praying together, in Jesus' name. We're believing for a turnaround, for joy to replace depression, and for faith to replace fear.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
