We are truly sorry to hear that you are struggling with your mental health and feeling miserable, Joseph. We are here to pray and offer support in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by His name that we are able to approach the Father in Prayer. We hear of your pain and struggle. it is critically important that you continue to turn towards Jesus Christ and the truth of the Bible.
Remember, God is always close to the brokenhearted and near to those who are of a contrite spirit. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." In addition, cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Jesus Christ personally experienced the full range of human emotions, including sorrow and trouble. He is therefore able to sympathize with our weaknesses and offer us comfort and strength. It is written in Hebrews 4:15-16 WEB, "For we don't have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Mental health struggles can be difficult, so let us pray for you:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ for Joseph the praying and asking for your intervention in Joseph's life. Lord, You know the depths of his pain and the struggles he is facing. We pray that You would touch his mind and heal his emotions. Give him Your peace which transcends human understanding and the strong courage steadfast love to endure (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Surround him with your health an comfort.
And Lord Jesus we ask that you heal and bind up his broken heart restore and revive the joy of His salvation. (Psalm 51:12WEB). Guide him to have the Spirit of wisdom an understanding, the Spirit of counsel an might, the Spirit of knowledge an of the fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2WEB). Comfort him in his troubles, and make your face shine upon him (Numbers 6:25 WEB, Psalm 42:11 WEB).
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."
