Let's urgently lift up Genesis, seeking God's protection from all forms of monitoring and spiritual attacks. "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life...nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God" (Rom 8:38-39). Trusting God's shield and love around them. We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling miserable, Joseph, and we appreciate that you have reached out for prayer. First, we want to assure you that you are valued and loved by God. He has a purpose and plan for your life, and He desires for you to have joy and peace in Jesus Christ.
Let us remind you of what there is to be happy or joyful about. In Romans 5:8 WEB it is written "but God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." God loves us immensely. Also, in John 3:16 WEB it is written "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." There is hope for us in Jesus Christ. We have the hope of eternal life with God. This is what there is to be happy and joyful about. We can just choose to focus on these things and over time the joy of the Lord will flow through us.
In Philippians 4:4 WEB it is written "Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice." This is exactly what you should do. Choose joy. In Nehemiah 8:10 WEB it is written "Then he said to them, Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved; for the joy of Yahweh is your strength."
We need to also examine ourselves and see if what we are doing is not in accordance to God's will. In Psalm 32:3 WEB it is written "When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long." We should not keep things inside that are bothering us. in Psalm 32:5 WEB it is written "I acknowledged my sin to you. I did not hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin." We should identify and confess our sins. We see that this was written by King David regarding his own life.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Joseph who is feeling miserable. Father, we pray that You will comfort him and fill him with Your peace and joy. Help him to fix his mind on You and Your promises, and to choose joy in all circumstances. Help him take a good look at his life and shine a light on anything that is not consistent with Your will. Help him to identity and confess any sins in his life with a contrite heart.
Lord we also pray for Joseph's happiness. "Delight yourself in Yahweh, and He will give you the desires of your heart." in Psalm 37:4 WEB. Help him to express his emotions to You, Lord. Holy Spirit help him to search his heart with Your light. Help him to delight and trust in You, Lord. Help his happiness to be full as he trust and delights in You. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
