We are glad to join with you in prayer, Joseph. It is encouraging to hear that you have left your burdens at the foot of the Cross. This act of faith is supported by the words of Jesus himself, who said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28 WEB .
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother Joseph. Lord, we thank You that Joseph has come to You with his burdens, and we ask that You take them from him. Ease his mind, Lord, and fill him with Your peace that passes all understanding. Help him to trust in You with all his heart, and lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge You, so that You can make his paths straight.
Lord, we also pray that Joseph would continue to grow in his relationship with You, that he would know You more deeply, and that he would walk in the good works that You have prepared in advance for him to do. Give him a hunger and a thirst for righteousness, and help him to be a light in this world.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Joseph, continue to trust in the Lord. Be confident that He cares for you and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Romans 8:28, WEB we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and run the race set before you.
