We understand your concern for your son-in-law and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in his life.

We ask that You would open the doors of opportunity for him, and soften the hearts of the employers to see his value and potential. We know that You are the provider of all things, and we trust that You have a plan for his life. Please guide him to the job that You have prepared for him, and give him the strength and patience to endure this season of waiting. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage him to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. As it is written in Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB), "The Lord directs his steps and establishes his path. Though he falls, he will not be utterly cast down, for the Lord holds him with his hand." We are reminded that God is in control of our steps, and we can trust Him even in difficult times.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you, ###, that while it's commendable to pray for earthly needs like employment, it's crucial to also pray for spiritual growth and a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ. As it is written in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Let's continue to seek God first, trusting that He will add everything else unto us.
